This organic Gin de terroir is obtained by maceration of grapes directly selected in the parcels and in the press. It is then carefully distilled in our 100-litre bain-marie still.
It turns out gourmet, soft and aromatic, with notes of red fruits, fig and nutmeg in line with the characteristics of pinot noir. It is set at 45%.
