This organic Gin de terroir is obtained by maceration of grapes directly selected in the parcels and in the press. It is then carefully distilled in our 100-litre bain-marie still.
It turns out gourmet, soft and aromatic, with notes of apple, ripe apricot, honey, vanilla and licorice in line with the characteristics of the meunier. It is set at 44%.
