Our organic Malts spirit is the product of a distillation of a mixture of classic, peated and smoked barley.
After manual crushing and mechanical stirring, fermentation is short, followed by slow heating over an open fire in a 400-litre still, to preserve the aromatic beauty of the barley. The alcohol obtained is round thanks to the tenfold aromas of the cereal, a peaty mixture and some nice smoky notes, without even going through the barrel.

La Conspiration has also developed a whisky according to the same principles, ageing in barrels from the Tonnellerie Artisanale de Champagne.
