The first spirit to come out of our barrels, this Fine Champenoise is made from white champagne wine (50% Meunier, 50% Pinot Noir) from a single plot in Saulchéry.
After distillation, our exceptional fine wine is aged in wood for two years. Viny and generous, golden brown in color, it develops light and harmonious caramel notes and a subtle woody aroma.

Distilled in 2022, Rebellion is intended for discerning and refined alcohol lovers and collectors. It has an alcohol content of 44.2%.
