CHAMPAGNE SPIRITS SIDE

Sparkling wine no longer has a monopoly on this terroir. A new generation of small distilleries is emerging in the Reims region, creating bottles that are just as good.

THE RIDDLES OF GIN

It took drive and a genuine desire to shake things up to create La Conspiration, a gin brand with a direct connection to Champagne wines. While the six members of La Conspiration prefer to remain anonymous and hidden, their gins and other fine Champagne wines couldn't stay that way. Three terroir gins, made from Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay grape varieties, obtained by macerating grapes selected directly on the plots and at the press. To complete the experience, each of these three organic, smooth, and aromatic variations is accompanied by three musical offerings, from Sébastien Tellier to 1980s cold wave.
